Two reports: fears that the economic crisis might lead to increasing anti-Semitism in the US have not been realized, with some speculations about why this is; and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights has noted the responsibility of the Venezuelan government for 'creating an atmosphere of intimidation and violence against the Jewish community in Venezuela'.
