Only just just?

'Is Obama's War in Afghanistan Just?' Michael Walzer is answering the question. At the beginning it was a just war, he says, but it may no longer be after the mistakes that have been made and which may mean there's no longer a 'realistic possibility of achieving a just peace'. On the other hand, in view of those very mistakes, there is an obligation to the Afghan people - to defend 'the work of... democrats, feminists, union activists, and teachers... against the Taliban resurgence'.
