A man has been jailed in Illinois for yawning in court. The precise nature of his yawn is now under discussion. The man's father has expressed the view that 'a yawn is an involuntary action'. But the state's attorney's office says it wasn't a simple yawn but 'a loud and boisterous attempt to disrupt the proceedings'. Then again, the culprit's cousin is of the opinion that it wasn't 'an outrageous yawn'. Looks like they could do with having Hawk-Eye in that court.
