Gordon's war

Gordon Brown doesn't call it a war on, or even a war against, terror, though the Observer does it for him. He speaks, rather, of a 'counterterrorism strategy'. But if you read closely what the elements of this strategy are, you will find that it includes some fairly warlike elements. Why, the armed forces are even involved.
