The grievances of the Muslim world

With the latest in 'a wave of suicide bombings around the country [Pakistan]', and yet more people injured and bereaved - to say nothing of the dead, who can't complain - it looks as if the sum of the grievances will have grown. But as the authors of these particular Muslim grievances are not of the right stripe politically, their authorship doesn't loosen the usual mouths to reflect aloud on grievance and its sources.
