I've said it before; let me say it again. [Oh, all right. Go on and say it again - Ed.] Thanks. There is no combination of ideas, however outlandish, that you won't come across somewhere in due course.
It appears that Oprah Winfrey has been taking stick for supporting Barack Obama and not Hillary Clinton. There are those who consider this traitorous. Why so? One woman emailed Oprah Winfrey's website to say:
[I] cannot believe that women all over this country are not up in arms over Oprah's backing of Obama. For the first time in history we actually have a shot at putting a woman in the White House and Oprah backs the black MAN. She's choosing her race over her gender.Assuming no hoax was involved in the message - and according to this report it's part of a wider reaction - how could the writer fail to see the fix into which it puts Oprah Winfrey (and most other people besides) if you rigidly try to attach their voting choices to features of their identity?
