Muslims in Europe

There are one or two points I don't agree with in this piece by Simon Kuper. I don't agree that immigants should be made to learn the native language of the country they settle in - for reasons I've given here. But Kuper's argument that 'most concerns about Europe's Muslims [are] overblown' is by and large persuasive.
