As the Bush administration is reported to be 'developing plans to "internationalise" the Iraq crisis', David Bosco argues that the human rights community should now take a view on policy there, on whether US troops should stay or go. The war, he says, has produced a humanitarian disaster, and 'human rights experts must bring their insight to bear'.
