For the second time in a week, security forces were forced to use "The Screamer," a device that emits high-pitched sound waves, in order to disperse scores of demonstrators protesting the construction of the security fence near the village of Bil'in on Friday.... While the device succeeded in distancing the demonstrators for a number of minutes, they returned shortly after and troops were forced to use tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse them.
