I think I'm getting the hang of this Iraq business thanks in no small measure to the Guardian's helpful commentators. I've long known, of course, that Bush is Hitler, and I know that Baghdad was Stalingrad and that Iraqi politicians are quislings. I now know from Richard Gott that Blair is Chamberlain, and I understand from Jonathan Steele that Fallujah is Guernica. I assume that Condoleeza Rice is Ribbentrop and Zaqawi Jean Moulin. Just a few things remain unclear to me. Who's Churchill? Is it Charles Kennedy or George Galloway? Is Chirac Roosevelt? Or is that Putin? And who is Vera Lynn? I'm hoping that your commentators will be able to help me with these matters.
