No exceptions

I don't know too much about Leon E. Panetta, Barack Obama's choice, announced yesterday, to head the CIA. But it's a good sign that Panetta was a contributor to a symposium last year, entitled 'No Torture - No Exceptions'. You can read what he wrote here:

We cannot and we must not use torture under any circumstances. We are better than that.
