I hope J.K. Rowling loses this case - to prevent publication of a Harry Potter lexicon:
The publisher said the Lexicon follows a long tradition of literary commentary. "This is the first time that anybody has argued seriously that folks don't have the right to do that."Precisely. Folks, and people even. Rights in your own work should not prevent others from commenting on that work, and from putting together guides, companions, encyclopaedias.
