A link, not a conference report

Because I went straight on, after the recent Euston Manifesto conference, to another conference in The Hague, I've neglected to give an account of the London event. Damian has saved me the trouble of doing so. As he reports, it was a very successful gathering: well-attended and generating an excellent discussion across all five sessions.
