Inveresk's fifth

I've been blatted by the Ingrate with this:

Directions:
1. Go into your archive.
2. Find your 23rd post (or closest to).
3. Find the fifth sentence (or closest to).
4. Post the text of the sentence in your blog along with these instructions.
Allowed some latitude of interpretation by himself, I'll take the 23rd post on my present site. It's this one - 'Saddam arrested? (updated: Yes!)' - and it's bitty, so I'm going for the fifth sentence from the quoted passages:
The officials said the former leader, who during his rule slept in lush palaces while many ordinary Iraqis lived in poverty, was found "cowering" in a basement in a home raided by coalition soldiers.
Who wants it? Antonia? Richard? Or anyone else who's interested.
