The complete normblog polls

Never let it be said that I don't give out praise when it's due. I don't know what it was yesterday in that final entreaty of mine for the movie stars poll, but something there certainly had an effect. The day began on 88 entries, and I am able now to report a final tally of 116. That means the last call yielded an increase in the entry of 30%. Never before in the history of normblog polling has there been such an influx on the last day. So, well done you all! After its slow beginnings, the looming threat of Palookaville, and then the struggle to avoid mere respectability, the movie stars poll has ended by stepping out into the sunlit uplands alongside the several other centurion polls.
